I needed to buy some small bits and bobs and yesterday it wasn’t rainy, so I made a grocery run on Strida Mini into Steveston Village :)
I could have picked a nicer photo for the top feature but I felt that this photo is quite interesting, I feel that it makes Strida Mini look smaller than it is!

The weather forecast decided to play an April fool’s prank on us by telling us it’s going to rain today and giving us a beautiful sunny afternoon instead! Awesome! ;)

Last Monday me and my doll hung out with out friends ^o^ I took some photos of some plants :)
The Prickly Pear Garden Center has some flowering plants, despite the cold and not all the shelves are filled, unlike in the summer. The colours of the flowers still stood out and makes a nice background~!

An unexpected “get” this month ^^; I was browsing the bike website (forgot what it was which made me look) and realised their Strida series was on sale!
I had been eyeing the Strida Mini for a long time, since 2009!
Interestingly enough, when my husband was in Hong Kong for about 2 weeks, he mentioned that Strida was/is being promoted in Hong Kong and there’s much more choices, accessories and variety being pushed. I would have loved a pastel pink or blue Strida Mini :P But this Silver one is pretty neat too!

Me and husband were invited by Jade to go take photos at the Richmond Carnival at Landsdowne on Sunday evening.
It was a good distraction of sort, but it was bitterly cold holding onto LX3 — my fingers felt like they are gonna drop off any moment ^^; — forgot to wear gloves ^^; But we know that being out in the cold for just an hour or two is nothing compared to what the earthquake and tsunami victims in Japan are experiencing… We are also worried about our friends who live in Japan, and hoping for all the best with what’s going on now ^^;/ Ganbatte Nippon!
