Gasp! New art! :P If the art turns out you will get to see it on my new name cards, hopefully in time for Anime Revolution? *fingers crossed*

I had been ridiculously busy so haven’t had time to update my blogs ^^; I will be going to Blythe Con Seattle on 2nd August, I will bring my Mirai Smartdolll (Manual Version) ^o^

I will be bringing assorted buttons to Blythe con Seattle – 2nd August 2014 and Anime Revolution 22-25 August 2014 ^^/ (below is example of some of the buttons I am bringing)

We will hand out some buttons to promote Blythe con Vancouver 2015 (I had the pleasure to make the art for these awesomely large buttons!) – while stocks lasts!

Woah, been a while since I last posted!

Here’s my submisson for this year’s Senmei Revolution! Fanart Contest, once again held by Anime Revolution in Vancouver. I will be sharing a booth with a couple friends! (^o^)/

(1) Sketched the idea and pose in pencils

(2) Scanned into the computer, clean up/inked in Sai,

(3) – (4) Then I colour, then shade, and then add in a splash of background colour and some text in photoshop ^v^)/

Duckling season!

Heard that over the weekend tiny ducklings were sighted near our place, and I thought to myself, hey I should try to find out what time they come out for some photos!

A lot of the photos I took at the location closer to home were blurred =_= I only picked two out everything I took (see below), I hope to have a chance to take more photos before they grow up!

Then was invited by bluestarbaby to go “hunt” for more pictures of ducklings, I thought okay I should do it asap!

Luckily when we just arrived at Minoru Park, bluestarbaby spied a Mama duck with a few tiny ducklings taking a nap/tanning by the pond!

Hanami in Tokyo

Due to good timing and using our incoming anniversary as an excuse, we made a trip to catch Hanami in Japan! Meaning of Hanami on wikipedia.

The photos in this entry were taken in Yoyogi park taken on 21 March. I think this was probably the best day during the whole trip for Hanami photos. Please click on the photos for full view!

Snow and snow geese in February!

Had some snow fall since yesterday, didn’t know if it was going to stick until we woke up to find ourselves in winter wonderland again…

The poor snowgeese are back – a strange occurrence, probably somewhat confused at the cold and lack of food? :(

Happy New Year!

It’s already 2014 in some countries by the time this blog post is live ^^; In the Lunar new year, it would be the year of the Horse ^o^/ Horses are one of my favorite animals, other than cats, puppies and hamsters LOL! I used to own a bunch of “My little ponies” when I was a kid. ^^

Under cut is a joke which people who know Chinese/mandarin might get LOL, we saw it on a whassap message from my husband’s friends in Hong Kong and LOLed XD
