While out and about with the husband on Sunday, we came across this slick looking Bamboo drawing tablet which was at a reasonable price, so we decided to get it for me to try it out.
I remember seeing an entry called Anime paperchild on 望み – What is that you desire?
And decided to try my hand at making one with my new “toy”.
Here she is, having tea in her yukata on my tablet ^^ I was going to colour her, but thought to make a black and white version first ^^ I did a rough sketch in pencil and paper, then “inked” and shaded her in photoshop.
After that I printed her out on our inkjet printer and cut her out. Took a few shots, and decided this one looks the best of the lot.
Tried putting her on my laptop also ^^
Since she turned out rather cute, I hope to find time to colour her eventually, possibly after my deadline later this week ^O^; meanwhile, here’s the version in grey :3

So yesterday I was working at the shop again, so I had some time to sketch a bit ^^
I’ll feature my favourite of the three at the top :P Dunno why I got this idea LOL the triangle mouth was drawn after I couldn’t decide on the mouth ^^; the SD on the side could be better lol but the idea is there :P
Anyhows, yes another Ranka Lee fan art (LOL) I didn’t have reference to the bottom part of her dress, so I improvised :P
I wonder if I am a closet Ranka Lee fan in denial? :P
I tried to draw Sheryl too but I made her look horrible, so I not showing :P
I walked to work cos I missed the bus (oops)
and walked passed this visual (well from memory) I suppose if I painted it or shaded a bit more it’d look less flat :P And yes I do draw (try to) other stuff other than girls ^^
Kept busy last week+ by this one, while there’s a 23847234234 more things I can add to it, it’ll never be finish if I continue to do so lol. Be warned there’s music in this one ;)

Did a quick art for practice (within an hour plus) completely in computer, no tracing of a scanned line art ^^ my Sai application has since expired so I used a more round about way to use it just for “inking” since I preferred the line quality :) Currently, you can click on the image below to get a slightly larger version. Some of you may have noticed this little guy on the side since yesterday? As inspired by the adorable Hatsune Miku clock on some of you peep’s blogs out there, in between 2342346876 things to do, I was researching on how to make my own blog clock lol, I suppose maybe someday I will try to see if I can allow the clock to be used elsewhere if anyone is interested? Also I got some suggestions regarding the Puppy’s reaction, like making it poop and such, will…. think about it lol
Also finally decided to close the poll on the side for now, looks like the gallery is staying as is for now :P Thanks everyone for voting!
